Madara has gained experience in preparing a wide range of corporate and commercial law documents, conducting in-depth legal research (due diligence) in companies of various industries, as well as preparing legal opinions. Madara has participated in several notable capital market transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), initial and secondary public offerings, and issuance of subordinated bonds.
